Случай успешного лечения пациентки с ALK-позитивной воспалительной миофибробластической опухолью большого сальника

 Воспалительные миофибробластические опухоли – группа редких новообразований мезенхимальной природы,  которые рассматривались разными авторами как доброкачественные, однако по мере накопления опыта в лечении больных с такими новообразованиями выявлена их способность к инвазивному росту и метастазированию. 
Проведенный обзор литературы показал небольшое  количество клинических случаев с интраабдоминальными  формами воспалительных миофибробластических опухолей.  В основном это пациенты с поражением печени, верхних  отделов желудочно-кишечного тракта, панкреатобилиарной  области, тонкой и толстой кишки. Стоит отметить, что случаев изолированного поражения большого сальника, по  данным проведенного обзора литературы, не  зарегистрировано. В связи с этим мы решили подробно  разобрать клиническое наблюдение по лечению пациентки  с редкой ALKпозитивной воспалительной  миофибробластической опухолью большого сальника.
